From Disposable to Art

Malibu painter Alden Marin hosted an art show at Daniel Rolnik Gallery in Santa Monica. Marin’s art has been featured at local businesses, including SunLife Organics, Vitamin Barn, D’Amores Pizza, Kaishin, Malibu Farm and PC Greens. Marin uses postcards, menus, crushed cigarette boxes and other disposable surfaces to create multi-colored abstract pieces of art. 

Marin is a graduate of Stanford University and has published more than 20 books of poetry.
